Struck By a Passion
Using Legos to stage stories and scenarios as a child created a sense of imagination and play, which eventually developed into an escape to the movie theaters as a youth. Jaedan was instilled with a hungry fascination with the art of storytelling from a young age.
This developed his drive to create ambitious stories that challenge, enlighten, and nurture impactful social proposals.
Born and raised in San Jose, California. Jaedan started his journey by participating in drama class and enrolling in a film program for high schoolers at SVCTE. There he produced, wrote, directed, and acted in multiple short films with classmates and for his YouTube channel. A notable highlight was performing in the verbatim play, The Dreamer Project at the Hammer Theater which attracted local news and community coverage in San Jose.
He then went on to train at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts under the Atlantic Acting School in New York, along with training at multiple well-established schools including ACT in SF and the Powerhouse Theater at Vassar College and more. Like exercising, he is always improving his practice as a muscle.
He’s been involved in multiple projects on stage and screen around NYC, Bay Area, and LA; portraying multiple versions of his personality such as the rough yet sensitive youth such as James Dean, or the passionate hopeful lover of Romeo.
Jaedan is also an accomplished filmmaker, owning his own production company SanchezFilms, and winning awards for his films.
